What's Provided?

We do our best to provide everything you'll need during your stay at Caboose Cabins.  Here's what you can expect provided for you:

Towels, Linens, Blankets, 6 Pillows 

Queen bed, Single bed in cupola (child fall protection gate in closet), small flip-out foam couch/bed for child or small adult.

Soap, Shampoo, Lotion, Hair Dryer

Iron, Ironing board, Hangers 

Microwave, 1/2 Size Refrigerator, Table-top plug-in 2 element stove, Gas grill on deck,  Full-Size coffee maker, Regular & Decaf Coffee, Creamer, salt & pepper.  

Can opener, bottle opener, grill utensils, mugs, plates & silverware for four      

  

What to bring:

Bug Spray  

Swimming trunks (if you want to try the swimmin' hole)

Old shoes for hiking the trails and exploring the woods

Empty gallon jug or two (for bringing home some "healing mineral water")  

Pots & pans if you plan on cooking 

Flashlights (one is provided)

Sweatshirt or light rain coat for evenings & riding through cool, drippy tunnels

 

Comfortable sleeping combinations are 2 adults and up to 3 children or 3 adults and 1 or 2 children. Four adults can sleep, but it would be tight.  You can bring tents and sleeping bags if you're planning on bringing more people.  An additional fee would apply for more than 5 guests.  The caboose has a Queen bed, Single bed in cupola, and a small kids-size foam flip-out couch bed.

PLEASE NOTE:  Trains passing blow their air-horns for safety.  Although kids think its the coolest thing, if you're sensitive to sounds while sleeping, you may want to bring ear plugs.
