| Sparta's Bike Trails
The Sparta-Elroy bike trail is famous for it's three tunnels. Here a group of bikers is getting ready to walk through Tunnel #3 which is 3/4 mile long! You can just see the other end when you start through! Built in the late 1800's, trains traveled through these dark, drippy tunnels up until the 1960's. Be sure to bring a small flashlight and a light jacket if you don't want to get a little wet. Tunnel #3 is just a 8 mile ride from CabooseCabins.
